Cynthia Lamothe has worked as a consultant for Deloitte Consulting for 6 years where she implemented, in Europe and worldwide, ERPs and CRMs at clients’s such as General Motors, Bayer, KPN, P&O Nedlloyd, and Bombardier. She then joined industry, at Bombardier rolling stocks, as a Project Manager in the IT department. She spent 8 years at Bombardier, where she specialised in Change Management and then in Lean Manufacturing (Black Belt), before moving to Human Resources, as the Director of Talents for Europe. She then joined ESTIA as the Director of the ESTIA Foundation and she is now actively participating in the development of ESTIA-TECH, managing innovation and transfer activities. As such, she supports FlexTech as a business manager.
