In my new episode since I am back in France, the tradition is for me to start a course on human systems integration at ESTIA Institute of Technology in the Basque Country during the first weeks of January. After two years of confinement-deconfinement-reconfinement and so on, we had classes in person. what a refreshing atmosphere! Interacting with real people, that is you can see their reactions when you give the class. You can feel their mood. They come to see you for questions. Online work enables these kinds of things, but what a waste of emotions, empathy, and enthusiasm that physical presence provides.
